Builder Series tecCenters are designed for
basic home entertainment systems. Adding a video amplifier boosts signals over dual
coaxial cabling for crisp video for eight
locations in your home. High-definition
satellite also is available to eight locations.

Broadband amplifier
For crystal clear video and audio reception throughout the home, UStec's high-performance amplifier is a super-low-distortion device designed specifically to meet all cable industry requirements for digital interactive television. It is the only in-home network system product
available that meets the new stringent requirements of cable-service providers, without compromising picture quality.
UStec's amplifier delivers the sharpest video in the market with the lowest noise level. In addition, each output port on the new amplifier carries individual surge protection - unlike other amplifiers, which typically have only one surge protector on the input side.
Accessories
Consumers may purchase high-value accessory packages to complement their UStec home-networking solutions. UStec tecPak packages combine some of the most popular accessories and optional products to provide complete plug-and-play solutions for most homebuyers. |

Multi-switch for satellite TV
With UStec's integrated high-definition satellite television multi-switches, consumers can use up to eight DirecTV satellite receivers with just one dish. This allows viewers to access and select all satellite channels on up to eight televisions simultaneously. UStec tecWire dual coaxial cabling also enables cable or broadcast television to be delivered to each of those televisions, as well as to all other televisions in the home. A key benefit of the UStec approach is the simplified plug-and-play user interface, which lets consumers add satellite receivers without having to worry about additional wiring.
Surveillance package
Homeowners can feel safer at home with UStec's plug-and-play surveillance package. The system's high-quality camera has a built-in modulator, which makes installation and connection easier for both the dealer and the consumer. The camera power module functions through a single RG6 coaxial cable, eliminating the need for additional wires. The built-in modulator creates a television channel for viewing on every television set in the house, allowing a parent to watch a sleeping child or view a visitor at the front door in either black-and-white or color images. The camera power module accommodates up to four cameras at once.
