2) How do I buy UStec products?
When purchasing a new home, you can work through your builder to purchase a UStec system to meet your specific needs. If your builder does not pre-install UStec systems, or if you would like to install a UStec system in a finished home, call UStec directly and we will help you to locate a Certified UStec Dealer in your area. 3) What does a UStec system cost?
UStec offers many options from basic to premium. The cost depends on the system you chose. If you are building a home or have a finished home and are looking to install a UStec system, we can put you in touch with a Certified UStec Dealer in your area who can help to determine the right system for you.
4) How do I purchase UStec product parts?
Product parts are available through Certified UStec Dealers.
5) Can I install UStec products by myself?
We cannot guarantee any UStec products installed by anyone other than our Certified UStec Dealers.
6) Are there advantages to purchasing through a dealer?
When properly installed, UStec provides a 15-year warranty for its cable and provides a 3-year warranty for all UStec branded parts. Also, dealers often have special packages available for many products such as home theaters, computer networking and security. If you purchase through the dealer, you have the added benefit of an expert on call for all of your electronic expertise needs.
